Overdue Hospital Accounts

Hi List,
I am interested in knowing how others handle overdue hospital accounts.  We have a couple of hospitals that are three months behind in paying their invoices.  We don't want to jeopardize our relationship with these hospitals but at the same time three months behind is unacceptable.
