1) DigiScan3D takes care of all that
2) Techmed3d makes an ap you can buy. Go to their web site
3) Rodin4d Neo with Structure scanner or M4d Scan

So none of these did what I wanted it to do. I ended up taking the scan
using the structured scanners native software.

Do not get discouraged it is super easy

1) Take the scan and email it to yourself

2) download the OBJ file from your email

3) open it by double clicking on it,( it should come in a zip file not the
.jpg) it will open in Windows 10 native 3d builder

4) At the top of the screen you can choose to scale to meters by clicking
on the M. see the blue square in image

5) Then click on import Model at the top left. there is a check box

6) Then click on the 3 horizontal lines at the top left and Choose save as
and choose STL from the drop down

7) Save it somewhere

You now have a scaled 3d model that you can send to any fabrication
facility for free. you can then check your measurements in the 3d builder
software to ensure that it is correct...it will be.
