What Coding for Work Comp Ins.

Good day all!

I am in the process of switching insurance companies for Work Comp. The new
company and I do not agree on the classifications. So, I told them I would
offer it to my peers to see how you have solved it. What classification
does a CPO who just sees and treats patients fall under? What classification
does a CPO who treats patients and does lab work fall under? What
classification do your techs fall under? And lastly, what classification does the
clean up crew fall under? The office help is self explanatory.
