To outsource or not to outsource?
Posted By: Mandy Myers on February 16, 2010
Hello all, I am looking to outsource my billing. I can not afford to hire another employee and I have a referral from a PT colleague for a reputable billing company. To those of you with experience in outsourcing your billing...what are you typically paying for the service? Is it a flat rate per claim or based on a % of the amount billed or collected? Has it been a good experience? I appreciate any feedback and suggestions. Thanks, -- Mandy J.
