Dear OANDP-L Colleagues:

I have been contacted to help identify the availability of a
well-respected prosthetic specialist in Egypt, who is qualified to provide upper and
lower limb prosthetic care for a young child that involves congenital absences
of both upper and lower limbs.

I would greatly appreciate whatever recommendations or contact leads you
might have, based on your personal knowledge of such individuals in Egypt.
