Audit-L5632 included in L5637?

I received a request for a refund for L5632 (from United Healthcare Medicare Solutions) because "L5632 (PTB brim) is considered included in the allowable L5637 (total contact) and should not be separately reimbursed". Has anyone heard of such an exclusion or claim? Thank you.
