Prosthetic Clinical Notes
Posted By: Muller, Ashley R on July 31, 2016
Hello, In an effort to speed up the note-taking and documentation process in our office, I am looking for some information about what is typical of the field for comparison. Answers to any or all of the following questions are greatly appreciated and I'll post the results when they come in. -How long does it typically take you to write each prosthetic clinical note? -What are you using to write your prosthetic notes (OPIE, MedFlex, Brightree, etc.)? -How are your notes set up (check boxes, SOAP note, fillable forms, pre-loaded templates, etc.)? -How in-depth would you say your prosthetic notes are? -Which Medicare region are you in? -Would you describe the patient demographic you serve as living in mostly urban, suburban, or rural communities? -Would you say that doctors in your area are compliant with the requirements of documentation in their physician notes? Any additional comments or thoughts are welcome! Thank you very much for your time, Ashley Muller Ashley Muller, MSPO Resident Prosthetist [E-mail Address Removed] |
