Hello Everyone,

During a conversation with someone from NGS/Anthem/Medicare last week, I was
told that during the end of Feb 2016 and beginning of March 2016, NGS will
no longer be the contracting administrator for Medicare in this region.

I just found the information online from CMS where the contract was awarded
to CGI do now be the administrator for this region.

I am curious if anyone has any insight or explanation as to how and why
Anthem/NGS lost this contract. Is it due to numerous complaints against
NGS? I would be interested in knowing any of this information.
