Dorset Easyfit cosmetic covers

I'm checking to see if anyone here in the states has ordered from Dorset. I have a patient requesting their protective/cosmetic cover Easyfit and have not received a response from Dorset. I was wondering if there is a vendor in the US that sells the off the shelf covers. I have looked on SPS and Cascade and have not found their products. Any help would be much appreciated.
