IT service Costs - Email Security

Hello List,



I posted a question a couple of weeks ago regarding solutions for Email
security when sending protected patient information via email
communication..only one response - just wondering what others are doing if
anything for secure email communication.



We are also getting proposals for new IT management services. Wondering
what other companies are spending on monthly IT services? This would be for
maintaining a server, 5 onsite work stations and three remote.



Would appreciate any responses..they will only be shared if requested -
otherwise confidential.
