Prepatory Prosthesis Help?

I am having a complete brain cramp, and can't remember what codes we can and
cannot use with a Prepatory prosthesis base code of either L5590, or L5540.
I am not remembering if we can use the L5950 Ultra Light Materials code, and
the L5631 Acrylic socket code. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
Believe it or not I have done this before, but just not remembering what is
correct.
