Responses: Fwd: Patient Instruction sheets

Many thanks for the responses. Afraid I'm not certain if I am permitted to list all responses due to copyright concerns, some asked we not share directly. However happy to list 1 commercial offering below. Just starting the process but few of our goals include keeping them short, avoid referencing specific manufacturers/products, limiting text & utilising pictures as possible, and consider service population's average reading level.

Response:
Check out these guys. I have used their material and it's great.

> We are seeking sample Patient Instruction Sheets: we are in process of editing existing & creating new sheets, for variety of both Pre-fab & Custom devices including spine (TLSO, LSO, CO, etc), Knee, AFO's, Footwear. These would accompany or replace manufacturer sheets. Any samples or resource references would be welcome.
