Very extra large ots knee orthosis

Hi all,I have a gentleman needing a hinged knee brace and I want to try ots before going the custom route.  His measurements are as follows:Thigh circ at 6" is 34, Calf circ at 6" is 23 and knee center ml is 7 1/2 all in inches.  Any suggestions besides custom?  Thanks
