Orthotic and Prosthetic User Images

I started with a new company and we are in the process of building a new lab.
I’ve been asked to track down high quality images of orthotic and
prosthetic users that can be printed onto posters and framed for the office
walls. I’ve looked into the Academy store with no luck and the stock image
sites have plenty of dynamic pictures of prosthetic users but are bare when
it comes to orthotics. Anyone have ideas where I could find high
resolution image files of users with clearance for use or even an online
store which would have stock posters for sale?
